Not ask for mates rates.

Not hint for freebies.

Not expect "exposure" to cover the gap.

Support them the same way you'd support a major brand without question. Because every full-paying customer helps keep their dream alive.

Small businesses remember the people who genuinely support them.

And they also remember the people who only showed up when they wanted something discounted.
