Owner / Director of Executive Personnel Solutions, a Virtual Assistant business based in the Hunter Valley, NSW.
I never set out to run my own business, it just happened. Working for large companies in mining, rail, tourism and even Local Government over the course of the last 17 years, I have gained a wealth of executive administrative experience.
In 2016 I was approached to manage a small business in the construction industry where I would wear many hats. I was the point of call for Human Resources, Administration, Accounts, Payroll, Marketing, Sales, IT, Travel and Personal Assistant to the Director. I quickly learnt a lot about what is involved behind the scenes in business and became confident I could do this for myself.
In 2019 Executive Personnel Solutions was born. An opportunity to utilise all skills acquired over many years in various industries and roles.
Alex was always used to leading teams of up to 100 staff while working for a large, national company in the hospitality industry. So when approached to work for a small, virtual assistant business it was the perfect sea-change Alex didn’t realise she was seeking.
All while working full time, juggling part time University studies and Mum life, Alex knows how to prioritise, task manage and get the job done!
Alex is always learning new programs and skills and is the OG of the EPS team. Driven and goals oriented, Alex is always ready to take on any new challenge thrown at her - which is daily in the EPS office!
Alex loves change, thrives on creativity and has a passion for helping people through learning and sharing knowledge.
Steph joined EPS from a finance, retail, customer service and a little bit of everything background. This has enabled Steph to seamlessly transition into the role of Virtual Assistant, a role where we wear many hats given two days are never the same.
Predominantly focusing on data entry, management of clients differing admin needs, research and content development, Steph continues to develop her skills as her time with EPS grows.
Renowned for her approachable manner and quality results, Steph is always happy to go above and beyond for clients and her colleagues.
Being part of a small but constantly expanding team enables Steph to collaborate closely with her colleagues to ensure the most time efficient, economically viable and creative completion of any task set.
Ella has come to EPS with a wealth of knowledge that does not necessarily reflect her age. With previous business support positions in a varied array of industries including real estate, construction and mining, Ella joined EPS armed with the resources to use her broad range of skills in a conscientious and energetic manner.
Becoming the Personal Assistant to EPS’ Director, Ella has harnessed all those skills to keep the corporate wheels turning every day. Ella enjoys going above and beyond to exceed clients of EPS’ expectations, all while undertaking business administration studies consecutively to better gain experience in the industry.
Ella is a doer, whatever she sets her mind to – she achieves. A great asset to the EPS team for both internal and external stakeholders!
