Jodie Jeffrey
Managing Director

Owner / Director of Executive Personnel Solutions, a Virtual Assistant business based in the Hunter Valley, NSW. 

I never set out to run my own business, it kind of just ‘happened’. ⁣I was working for large companies in mining, rail, tourism and even Local Government over the course of the last 16 years, gaining a wealth of executive administrative experience. 

In 2016 I was approached to manage a small business in the construction industry where I would wear many hats. I was the point of call for HR/ Admin/ Accounts/ Payroll/ Marketing/ Sales/ IT/ Travel and PA to the Director. I quickly learnt a lot about what is involved behind the scenes in business and became confident I could do this for myself. ⁣

In 2019 Executive Personnel Solutions was born. An opportunity to utilise all of my skills acquired over many years in various industries and roles. An opportunity to continue wearing multiple hats - as a Virtual Assistant two days are never the same.

Alex Talmash
Virtual Assistant

Alex is used to leading teams of up to 100 staff and working in a large, national company, so when approached to work for a small, virtual assistant business it was the perfect sea-change Alex was seeking. 

Alex is passionate about planning and organisation, meticulous when it comes to processes and procedures and loves to see projects through til completion. 

Looking to undertake study to further develop her skillset, Alex is driven and goals oriented and is ready to take on any new challenge thrown at her (which is daily in the EPS office!).
