Jodie Callaghan
With almost two decades of Human Resources and Executive Administration experience across diverse sectors like mining, rail, tourism, and Local Government, I've gained a wealth of professional insights.
In 2019, Executive Personnel Solutions was born. EPS is the result of years of refining my skills in various industries and roles. This journey allowed me to use my expertise to make a real impact, especially in the Virtual Assistant industry. Now, I lead a fantastic team of professional women who have been with EPS for years.
As an Indigenous woman, business owner, mother, and wife actively engaged in the community, I take pride in juggling multiple roles. It's a testament to my dedication and the joy I find in making meaningful contributions to both my family and society.
Fun fact – I never dreamed of being a business owner—it simply unfolded. I’m a Leo which I am told they love being the centre of attention and have a flair for being dramatic. Not sure about that part 🙃
Office Manager | JP
Alex Jeffrey
Alex has been part of the EPS family since the very beginning, serving as the Office Manager for our amazing team of now seven women. With over a decade in the Retail industry and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management under her belt, Alex brings a wealth of experience to the table. Over the past five years at EPS, she has successfully catered to a diverse range of clients.
Alex thrives in bringing order to chaos and driving productivity. What makes her stand out is her commitment to surpassing expectations. She understands the importance of meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all her endeavours.
With a knack for anticipating needs, adapting to changing priorities, and proactively tackling challenges, Alex keeps projects on course. She is a seasoned virtual assistant with a proven record of success in office management, underscored by stellar time management skills and an unwavering eye for detail.
Fun fact – Alex has almost completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree and is a proud Mum to an 11 and 1 year old! She's a Scorpio and has a weakness for all things chocolate! 🍫
HR Assistant | JP
Sharni Johns
Sharni has been an integral part of EPS since 2022, bringing over a decade of administration experience to the team, primarily from the blue-collar industry.
With a diverse background covering various specialist administration roles—from receptionist to accounts administrator, payroll officer, personal assistant, and customer service officer—Sharni adds HR assistant to her extensive resume, nearing completion of her Certificate III in Human Resources.
Sharni's versatility and dedication to excellence are evident in every task she takes on. She tackles each challenge with integrity and enthusiasm, embodying our company values and playing a key role in propelling our success forward.
Fun fact – Sharni is a proud Norfolk Islander. You’ll often find Sharni charging other women, but only on the footy field as she leads her local team in Women’s Rugby League. 😱
Accounts Officer
Danielle Grills
We only bust out the full "Danielle" when she's up to mischief – otherwise, it's just Grillsy! She jumped on board with us back in 2023, bringing a boatload of smarts from the world of accounts and administration.
With a knack for numbers and a love for keeping things running smooth, Grillsy's got the kind of experience that's like a treasure trove – it's packed with all the know-how you need for handling accounts, running the show, and keeping the finances in tip-top shape.
Before landing here, she spent some time beefing up her skills with a Diploma of Leadership and Management. It was all about getting prepped for whatever curveballs come her way in the world of organizational management. And guess what? She's still at it, diving into a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping to keep on top of the latest in finance wizardry.
As our go-to accounts guru, Grillsy's all about putting that diverse background and never-ending quest for knowledge to good use. Whether it's balancing the books, leading the charge, or just making sure everything's ticking along smoothly, she's the secret sauce that keeps our team cooking up success.
Fun fact - loves a dress up party - particularly if it involves a wig or bald cap. 🤷🏼♀️
Payroll Officer
Gabby Smith
Gabby boasts an impressive 17 years of administration experience and is constantly eager to tackle new challenges.
With a diverse background spanning industries including mining, construction and social services, Gabby has handled a wide array of roles, including accounts, payroll, personal assistant, receptionist and administration officer.
At EPS, Gabby serves as our dedicated Payroll Officer, meticulously managing weekly payrolls, quarterly superannuation, and child support deductions. In addition, she maintains asset registers and general administration ensuring seamless operations across the board.
Fun fact – Gabby is leaving us soon to head off on parental leave, already a Mum of two boys, soon to welcome her third. Gabby also co-owns a local hair salon managing the back-office operations.🤰🏼
Administration Officer | JP
Kimlarney Park
Kimlarney became a valued member of EPS in 2023, contributing a wealth of 10 years of administration expertise to our team. With a background rooted in the corporate world, she has held diverse roles ranging from receptionist to team coordinator, personal assistant, and administration assistant.
Embracing challenges with enthusiasm, Kimlarney's role at EPS encompasses all facets of administration. She thrives in dynamic environments and finds joy in the ever-changing nature of her work, predominately servicing civil construction and road transport clients.
Currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, Kimlarney is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and skills to meet the WHS needs of EPS clients. Her passion for excellence and her proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Fun fact – Kimlarney proudly embrace the title of 'cat mum' to two adorable Ragdoll cats, and her life is enriched by their fluffy cuddles and playful antics! 🐈
Personal Assistant
Maddie Scott
Maddie has been an indispensable part of EPS since the beginning of 2023, managing behind-the-scenes operations for Jodie with precision and care. With a background in retail and childcare, and a passion for event management, Maddie brings a unique blend of skills to the table.
As a personal assistant, Maddie thrives in ensuring seamless coordination and organisation, allowing Jodie to focus on the bigger picture. Currently undertaking a Certificate in Event Management, Maddie is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and skills to support EPS’ ambitious future plans.
Fun fact – Maddie is born on the cusp of Virgo and Libra, making her adept at navigating both practical and social situations. These skills are required as Maddie is a Mum to two very energetic boys! 🤍
