Managing Director | JP
Jodie Callaghan
With 20 years of Human Resources and Executive Administration experience across mining, rail, tourism, and Local Government, I’ve built a career on adaptability and insight.
EPS grew from this journey, giving me the chance to bring my skills into the Virtual Assistant industry. Today, I lead a talented team of professional women who’ve been part of EPS for years.
As a proud Indigenous woman, business owner, mother, and wife, I balance family, work, and community with pride. Fun fact - I never planned on being a business owner; redundancy led me here, proving that when one door closes, another opens. My advice: embrace new beginnings - you never know what’s waiting
